Order placed online at 9:15 p.m., delivery time stated as 45 minutes. At 10 p.m. the message came that delivery was canceled. Without reasons. That's not possible, make the customer wait first and then cancel after 45 minutes... edit @Owner: Thanks for your answer. The situation is somehow strange, other restaurants were able to continue delivering without any problems. Be that as it may; It would have been nice if you had still sought contact in this case and justified the cancellation as you have done here. There remains a pale aftertaste, but I have now increased the rating to 3 stars in order to reward your efforts to clarify the matter.
