Thailand Express - Reservar uma mesa

I have used Thailand express for about 7 years. Tonight 2/2/2023 I phoned at 720pm and placed my order. I wasn’t told it would be late or driver was busy. At 820pm I still had no food. I phoned and was told that it was very busy and that the roads were really bad and they had regular customers to deal with first.The lady on the phone said she told me that when I placed my order. She didn’t say anything. I am a regular customer. It’s now 855 pm and still I’ve had no food delivered. The roads are clear as my son has just had food delivered without delay from Renfrew 5 miles away . The Thailand Express is 2 miles from my house. Great wee place food always warm and tastes great and so much cheaper than the other place 20 yards away. Ribs, shredded chicken and 'special ' fried rice (nothing special) all had the same sauce. Is this the only one they know. Very disappointed. Won 't be back. Best bit was the prawn crackers Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1

We travel across from Kilcreggan to look after our grandchildren and have used the Thailand Express a few times. Never had a bad meal, and we'll be back again this evening. Keep up the good work. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
