The Anvil Inn - Reservar uma mesa

We had a wonderful evening at The Anvil this weekend. The accommodations were very comfortable, and there was an excellent supply of tea and coffee. Our dinner was delicious with a variety of options, generous portions, and everything cooked to perfection. The sticky toffee pudding was indulgently rich and gooey. Breakfast offered a great selection, including continental fruits and cereals, as well as hot items. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff; they were friendly and helpful, making us feel relaxed and at home.

My best friend Chris and I have just spent a week here and I have to say we had the best week away in years. The owner Carl went out of his way to spoil us, even though he is flat out running his busy kitchen. The food is amazing, our room was spotless with great beds and a shower we just didn't want to get out of. The whole team made us feel very special and the only downside was having to come back to London. Thank you all for everything. 10/10

I decided to take a chance tonight and give the amvil an attempt, it was so good I had the macaroni cheese and my mom had the fish and chips both were fabulous. greetings from all employees far exceeded my expectations so friendly welcome and because the coworkers chatting other customers started chatting and it made us very welcome. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

Very good food in a nice pub with plenty of outdoor seating in the sun, staff very helpfull and altogether a very happy experience !!
