This was my first time at this restaurant and had been really looking forward to trying it out and was excited to finally get a chance to go. Went with a friend who had been here before. Wasn’t honestly crazy about the menu items, so ended up ordering an app (which we waited for for nearly 30 mins was made wrong and had to be taken back and we probably waited another 15 mins for the replacement) I ordered the steak bites and a chicken caeser salad. My gf ordered wings. The food took forever to come out (nearly an hour) My steak bites were barely warm, the salad was good, my gfs wings were barely warm, it’s like everything had been sitting for a while before it was brought out. Though the food was fresh and hot with great taste, the service was very unorganized. After waiting for our waitress to take our order after 15 minutes, I was required to flag down another server. Once our waitress reappeared, she would leave to refill drinks and not return for some time later. At one point, she admittedly pointed out her apologies as she (twice) got distracted with something else. The restaurant was quiet with patrons. I would hate to have this kind of service on a busy day.
Went for a friend’s going away party and the service was top notch! Our servers, Becca and Courtney, were kept on their toes with our rowdy bunch all night and didn’t skip a beat! The food was great too. I really enjoyed the jalapeño poppers and their French fries were crunchy and delicious!!! The GM, Glen, was really nice too and made sure we were well cared for all evening!
