The Frog The Peach

We went for the restaurant week menu and were not disappointed at all. The food was superb and there were many choices. We both started with the peach carpaccio which is thin slices of peach topped with some greens mixed with duck confit and there are candies nuts on the plate as well. Entrees were the hanger steak and the crab and potatoe crusted halibut. Both were prepared perfectly and the sides delicious. Desserts were the chocolate trifle and the peach sorbet, which was a bit lighter than the first choice. Doniciello picked a perfect french Chardonnay to accompany our wine. Stunning looking place with such a unique menu that it needs to be on the 'we gotta try ' list for any couple. Plenty of room for COVID times and I can imagine can be bustling and packed at full capacity. You go on a journey with their menu and can either get the food with paired wine, or, just try 5 different wines that are so good. Fair amount of room to park but not a ton, so, be careful...parking garage not too far. It 's worth it.

The current description notes a vegan tasting menu. During my visit I was told this is only available occasionally. Call ahead before going and verify with the current menu. The chef was able accommodate making a vegan entree and appetizer. The food was great and reasonably priced for fine dining.

I went here because of the description on happy cow only to find out they have those only for a limited time. The chef was accommodating, but was only able to put together pasta with sauce and some vegetables. Call ahead to confirm options!!
