I usually have a great experience but the young woman in the KU sweatshirt that waited on me last Tuesday 8/15 was extremely rude. She charged me $23 for a 32oz caramel granita and a 32oz iced mexi mocha with oat milk and an extra shot. When I questioned the price she tried to tell me the 2 $7 drinks were more because of the special milk, the extra shot and the flavoring. Once she took the time to recheck her work she realized she charged me for a 3rd drink. Without a single apology or or any type of accountability for her screw up she looked at me and said I will make you another drink for free . This is always a stop on our way to KC, the staff is so kind, the drinks are delicious, and the chocolate covered espresso beans are AMAZING. Make sure to buy some or you'll regret it later!

Please update your hours. I left our baseball game to get a cup of your coffee because your website says open until 9pm. You were closed at 8pm. Very disappointed.
