As I walked into the establishment, it looked funky. I was not greeted by any servers, and I took it upon myself to find my own table. As I was ordering my food, my waiter looked at me in disgust and said 'you 're gonna eat all that? '. and I responded with, ' yes, and more '. I expected to get desert. As I received my food, I was in shock with the horrible looking lamb chop on my plate. Uncooked. I am vegan, and didn 't order the lamb chop; even if I wasn 't vegan, I wouldn 't have eaten that disgusting thing. We visited from Michigan and had a great experience. The service was great and our waitresses were so very kind. I had the burger that had macaroni on it and it was great. I just wish they serve the macaroni as an actual entree. The mac was soooo delicious and some of the best I have had! I think it would do well on the menu! My boyfriend had a shrimp po boy with gumbo and really enjoyed it. The po boy was a great size, and the burger was too. The mashed potatoes rocked with brown gravy! Loved the gravy. The vibes were southern which we loved coming from the north! The wooden ambiance is cozy. Overall a great place for lunch or dinner!

The oysters are better than any you’ll find in Florida! Been coming to this restaurant since my college days. With their recently added patio and added seating, the atmosphere has improved beyond your expectations. The food is always a home run! The staff are on top of their game, making sure you are taken care of!Food: 5/5
