The King Queen Pub

Having just moved to the village this week, we walked into the king and Queen last night for dinner, what a great experience from start to finish. Anne Marie looked after us superbly all evening with table service of drinks and food. Ambience, vibe, lighting, service all superb. I can't recall another Hampshire pub that does it this well. Food was swift to arrive, good portions (the burger in particular looked epic) and fairly priced. This could well be my new local for the next year in hamble. Keep it up guys. Fantastic.

always a pleasure to go to the king and to say whether it is for a fast drink, steak night, pizza night or a Sunday roast. a group of us 24 took over the lover seat recently after a charitable run and the food and service could not have been better.

beautiful vintage place close to the water. real fireplace. beautiful wine serves the delicious coffee and carrot cake. I have found my perfect place for drawing, writing, thinking, chatting and of course for drinking and eating:

I think there is no better place on a scorching hot day..staff was so attentive and the atmosphere great! will definitely return as you eat amazing! thank you for having a nice time!

best pub in hampshire with great food and drinks (especially around! selection! the staff is very friendly and friendly. beautiful location also with fantastic beer garden in summer
