The Landing Grill Sushi

Ordered two Teriyaki Chicken Bow Boxes and two Mongolian Beef Bow Boxes. The chicken was thin, crispy and carburized, similar to overcooked bacon. It was extremely dry and tasted like coal. The teriyaki sauce did not seem to have been used to march the chicken. I had much better Teriyaki chicken at Yoshinoya or Teriyaki Madness for a quarter of the price. As for Mongolian beef, it was really a thick syrup glaze over beef strips. Unfortunately, they were cold. The California Roll Sushi was not what I expected. It was a puree rolled into sushi rice and Nori. Not sure what was in it because I could see or taste the individual cut cucumbers, avocado and crab sticks. And we had to ask for paprika...

The quality is worth the price. The menu is eclectic. The dishes we ordered were delicious. Seen below sea bass with grilled vegetables (awesome but a but pricey), seared tuna appetizers (excellent), two kinds of sushi rolls (robust and filling), pecan caramel cake (delectable), lava cake (outstanding)! So why 4 stars? The service was great at the beginning of the evening but it seems the staff have difficulty multi-tasking with more customers. Go early!

Surprisingly affordable for the area. Good food. Good portions. Beautiful view of the lake. Eat only outdoors, so if you are looking for there are many seats. Was a little hot on a warm day, but tolerable because it is near the water. Fun place for people also observe.

Beautiful outdoor dining with view! We really enjoyed our lunch at Landing. Especially I enjoyed her sushi that started my first time since the pandemic. It was fresh and fabulous! We're coming back!

lachsburger was okay, and the sushi was incredible. there was a mistake on our bills, on which the waiter/ manager did not even apologize!
