Didn't quite believe the sat nav was taking us to the right place but it was. Great find came recommended by friends who were in the area a couple of months ago. Could not fault anything choice great, staff super friendly and helpful, portions large, food fantastic, reasonably priced too. Not sure what else to say oh yes puddings were great too, not that we really needed them but hey we're on holiday so entitled to eat way too much. Just as well we are not local as we would be in here way too often for our waistlines!
Simply outstanding. We visited where we used to live in Priddy and called into an old favourite pub for lunch. I cannot praise it highly enough, fantastic staff and service, warm, cosy and amazing atmosphere, beautiful inside and out. The food was well priced, delicious, hot and served quickly. We will certainly be visiting again next year. This pub is very highly recommended.
Beautiful old pub, its like you have gone back in time. I love history so was nice to see it sprinkled around on the walls. The little beach huts were so cute. Good large car park. The food was amazing and large portions would recommend anyone to go. A little out but worth the visit.
What a fab tradional pub. X2 warm real fires, cosy, excellent service with a smile, amazing food at fair prices. The steak ale pie and Mediterranean quiche were Stunning, as were the chips...crisp fresh. Where have you been all my life? We will come again....very memorable...x
