Range Cafe Rio Grande

After a day of shopping on Coors Road, I decided to stop by another location of the Range Cafe since I hadn't eaten all day. I had previously reviewed the Central Avenue location in Albuquerque NM and wanted to see how this one compared. I was pleasantly surprised! My server, Elisabeth, was very friendly and attentive, providing me with some great recommendations. I ordered the Spinach enchiladas and they were excellent! I also tried the apple pie with green chilies, this time with cinnamon ice cream, and I was amazed by the combination. The breakfast was great! The server was super friendly even though they did forget to bring us our side of bacon ???? by the time we noticed we were already almost done with our meals but there was no issue with it being removed us not being charged!We both got the basic which was 2 eggs, potatoes and your choice of meat foe the side either toast or a pancake we got toastbut shared a pancake. I couldn 't figure out why I didn 't really like the pancake too much. Maybe it was the syrup?? I didn 't tryit before without....other then that everything was perfect!

Delicious!!! I had only been to this restaurant once before. My daughter wanted to go, so I took her to dinner. Our waitress immediately impressed me with her friendly personality! Then came the dessert menu! I have a sweet tooth and felt like a kid in a candy store... I tried the black forest cheesecake and it was buy one, get one half off... I couldn't resist! The food was great, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was terrific!

The breakfast was enjoyable. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with country potatoes, but felt that the potatoes could have been cooked a bit longer. The server was somewhat abrupt, but I attributed it to the busy atmosphere. I did notice that he seemed much friendlier towards the customers at the neighboring table.

the breakfast was good. I had chicken meat and eggs with land potatoes that should be cooked a little longer. the server was a bit curt, but they were busy. I have observed that he is much more friendly to the party next to us
