The Scottsdale Plaza Resort Villas

I was here for only a week and I had a good experience. The only parts I used in the resort were the Pool 9/10 and Tennis court 10/10. The pool was wonderful, only thing was that I would continuously see bugs/bees in the pool water so I was always precautious on getting my hair wet because I did not want bugs in my hair.... Service here with my experience 10/10, everyone is SO nice! Brian/Bryan helped us check in and he was extremely kind and attentive to any questions. Erffin (apologies if I spelled it wrong) as well was attentive, excellent service, helped with our luggages. Melinda as well was a very sweet young lady who helped us with any questions we had about the Tennis court prior to...

Hotel overall is very clean and the area is huge. We had our our villa/suite on the backside. So you drive from main entrance to your accommodation. The smaller pool was okay but the main pool great (swimming possible after 9 pm). Suites were spacious but the AC in the bedroom was very dusty (see pic) and should be cleaned. In addition, a resort of this category should at least provide two small complimentary bottles of water to their customers. There is a Voss bottle of water which costs 6$ when you break the seal. That’s sad. There also was no automatic room service provided during our two nights stay which is an absolute must without calling for it. Also no help for luggage provided.

I love this resort the rooms are beautiful. The resort is beautiful. It is really nice to have a little convenience store on property. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. My only complaint is that the menus are limited in the dining rooms, and I felt that the on deck bar closed early, but August is considered off-season, so maybe that had something to do with it. I have been looking for a go-to in the Scottsdale area and may have just found it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly and welcome us in the best way possible. Our room was amazing. We were facing the garden, it was a double queen. Pool was very nice, well maintain as well as the gym. The resort itself was very nice, clean, well maintein. We truly enjoy our stay.

My wife and I stayed for the night just for fun. We stayed in one of the villas with the jetted tub. We started out with a massage in the spa which was fantastic. From the front desk to the bell hop everything was great.
