The Shack - Reservar uma mesa

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday party at this restaurant with over 30 guests. The staff, especially Nicole, were incredibly organized and polite, and the service and food were exceptional. The night was a huge success thanks to the staff, and all of my guests had positive feedback. The venue, staff, and Nicole in particular were amazing. I highly recommend this place for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or parties. Half of my guests came from Victoria and Perth, and I am grateful for the wonderful evening. Thank you, Aaron Garbutt.

what a disappointing experience. tried all our local restaurants in hillarys quays sorrento this was our greatest disappointment happy to say “and only” . eating was a substandard. the Slavic was so badly fermented that we sent her back, even... badly that we didn't even get an apology. we ordered the regular cheese burger, but they served it as the special I.e burger only without chips $8.00 but when we went to pay, they calculated us the full price to $17.00 unnecessary to say we will never visit the local shack sorrento Quays!”

I recently visited The Shack for the second time in the last 2 weeks, and I found the service to be a bit slow. The staff was friendly enough, but it seemed a bit disorganized as they did not attend to customers on a first come, first served basis. Despite this, I would still consider going back, hoping that the table service would be quicker.

the workers rushed from the feet and very busy, which led to a very bad service. very average eating and both my and my partner was cold. the menu does not differ from many other restaurants. nothing special, would not go back there

visited here for lunch to order some cocktails. veggie nachos, hot chips and bruschetta. cocktails a little weak, veggie nachos 10/10 bruschetta 8/10 hot chips failure (not boiled)
