Food is delicious, best pub food, really gemourous portions for the price. Quite a big selection. Will definitely be visiting here again and really recommend it. The fact it was wheelchair accessible , for parking getting into building and disabled toilets adds to the experience. Spacious well decorated very clea and tidy. We had the Ham egg chips and salad. Cooked too perfection, as you can see from the photo, the eggs great for dipping chips In. One of us also had the waffle, which was equally lovely. unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to grab a photo of that as it was eaten with such enthusiasm

Second visit was empty on arrival, polite bar staff ordered sirloin steak and pie n mash waited half hour for the food to arrive. The steak was fine nicely cooked , the mash with the pie was cold was ok the food but nothing special. We won’t be rushing back sadly

Very smooth booking process, amazing service with very kind staff, beautifully presented food for 60th birthday party. Overall surplus to requirement, would highly recommend.

The team have changed and they appear to have brought some of their clientele with them. Beer still well kept but I'd advise a quiet outside seat....even if its raining!!
