Parking lot closed for paving…but open for dine in. The VARSITY’s “standard” would normally override the inconvenience. HOWEVER, from the least enthusiastic “whadda you have?” from Kenia who is a most diminutive beautiful young woman false eyelashes and all—I believe with a beautiful spirit was apparently bored and lacked any customer service quality and investment. BUT THE FOOD?!!!! So terrible:: can you imagine extremely dry onion rings and French fries from any Varsity?? Not I! But rubbery rings and stale-oil tasting dry fries. The hot dog was adequately chain-quality. Chili burger completely inedible but loaded with pickle slices supposedly to cover up the frozen “ impossible burger” tas...

Overall just a big disappointment- we ordered two meals and it was so expensive but hey maybe the food is great. Nope. They served us flattened burgers and hotdogs almost as flat as a piece of paper. Like why flatten the buns? We asked for them to be remade and when we ate it they were just dry and overall just some Kraft cheese slice on frozen meat. Nothing is fresh not worth the money at all.
