Thuan Kieu Restaurant

I am amazed at how incompetent the waiters and waitresses are here. They serve food but don’t provide any chopsticks. My wife ordered pork chop, but doesn’t bring a fork or knife. Also, they completely forget my order and when I asked, the girl said she would check, but doesn’t come back to let me know what is going on. I had to ask again if she checked and that is when she says they are making the food. After waiting a little while longer, I was feeling quite full from eating appetizer and sharing my wife’s food so I decided to cancel my dish. Somehow, not a single apology was given for completely forgetting my dish. Overall, one of the worst I have experienced at a restaurant so far.

service is good overall. they came to my command and served it quite fast. also large portions. but it wasn't the biggest. I have the pad thai and the pho dac. the pad thai was too saucy and I think it was ketchup based. I couldn't finish the whole court. the pho dac bid was only in order. the broth tasted a little? it didn't taste authentic. also the bark cuts were a bit too thick.

one of the first restaurants I came to when I moved to college to london in 2017. 5 years later and I still command from here and there, and come personally when my parents visit. eating is always great!

Best Viet restaurant around, likely best in South West Ontario. I bring people there that don't like Vietnamese food and they fall in love. This is authentic food. Amazing staff, so friendly.

I have a pad thai for the first time from here and it was absolutely delicious. the part was huge. that will become a regular restaurant right away. they would be highly recommended!
