They incorporate lots of different cuisines and fuse it with comfort food staples in exciting ways, usually made with ingredients that they grew in their own garden. Was at the Country Ski Show and on my way out I stopped at the food truck. 1st customer. Ordered the 'Happy Thanks-chicken ' .. it is.. OUT OF THIS WORLD! .. and I have sandwiches dreaming to be this good often! Instant fan? Wishing you continued success ... And another sandwich ??????

This truck never misses the arancini, the birria, fried chicken sandwich are all phenomenal. I'm worried when winter comes because I know I won't see them for a few months!

Love the food at this truck! The arancini is my favorite, but the sandwiches and sides are so good too. There's so many flavors, can't wait to try them all!
