Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I always had a great service from this place! I had difficulty putting an online order this morning, so I called instead. The employee was helpful and friendly and my order was perfect. I ran a little late, but they kept my order ready for me and left me in and out in a few minutes. They gave me a wide selection of donuts (I had asked for a random assortment). I would highly recommend ordering from them for an event!

moved to the area and stopped here, hoping for the same kind of excellent service as my old usual Tim Hortons. You didn't disappoint. My regular order is a little extra, so I expected some mistakes, but there were none. Food and tea were perfect this day and every day since. It took all two excursions to get to know me and what I want after my first article had ordered. I found my new Tim!

The food was cold (orders a breakfast sandwich bagel). The bread with the breakfast sandwich was burned. My coffee cup was too close to the top and spilled in my work trolley (yes, it was in a cup holder). No sleeves on the coffee cup and no napkins. Pretty disappointing. All locations should offer an excellent customer experience.

I held this Tim Hortons on the way to work today and received EXCELLENT customer service. The staff here is extremely helpful and POSITIVE. FAST SERVICE and GREAT tasting products. I very much welcomed this place. I'll be back soon. namaste
