Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered and received an iced capp through the drive thru. Cream was clearly bad. Took it back and they refused to compensate me. They called the cops because I wouldn 't leave the drive thru after they closed the drive thru window in my face and told me too bad. The so called 'manager ' on duty is useless and obviously just there for the premium pay...... not to actually do her job. Good customer service is dead.

Look at this donut I bit into it. it's not fresh look at the glaze it cracked not evenly glazed not sticky) I broke it a part it was stiff I work at Tim Horton's in 2000) this is not how a honey dip should look EVER it clear this is a day old yesterday morning dount

It?s not one time I ordered food from them that i didn?t have to come back. I asked for hot food each time and it?s always cold!!! I should not have to go through a drive through to have to come back in ?

They always seem to get my order wrong. I love Tim Hortons but only a few locations seem to be good.
