Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

NEVER AGAIN! Was just there and I am appalled to see what Tim Hortons has become in the past 10 years. Truly very sad to see that you no longer need qualifications in order to get a job here. These people do not even know a thing or two about customer service, they know they only got the job because they look a certain way or has a relative working there.I was at the drive through today, when I get to the window, the girl asks me to pull my car up front closer to their back door because my food’s not ready. I do that. She then comes out of the back door and has the audacity to ask me to pull up in front of the main entrance (which is all the way around the building) because her manager’s car...

By far, my favourite Tim Hortons location. The staff is always so friendly and they never forget my order. Most of the staff know my voice and place my order before I even finish telling them what I want. It definitely feels like home whenever I visit this location. I don't know what I would do without them. Special shout-out to Ruby who is just a wonderful human being.

I am from Barrie. But I have never seen a Tim like this. The coffees are so fresh. And the staff is so kind and humble. Hope I’ll visit here again

Couldnt hear the person at the drive thru and they got frustrated and called me “Bruvva.” Unprofessional but at least the drinks were good.
