Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I’m visiting from the UK and this was my first time at Tim Hortons; my friends told me I had to go because it’s great. I ordered the chicken lime and cilantro wrap to eat in, my fiancé ordered the veggie version. We were given two veggie. No problem; it happens… I took my wrap to the counter to ask for the correct food. The cook was so rude, repeatedly telling me I ordered veggie until her colleague corrected her pointing to the receipt. She was slamming things around saying “FINE! I make again!” like I was being completely unreasonable for wanting what I ordered/paid for. When I asked if I should leave the wrong order on the counter she snapped at me that it was garbage and I should take it...

If i could give a zero start to this place, I would! The worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I ordered a vanilla creamy cold brew and they gave me an Iced coffee while they charged me for the cold brew and when I told them my order is wrong they kept denying and making me feel like I am the one who is wrong and they were so mean and rude, I do not recommend this place if you don’t want to ruin your mood and day, they should definitely hire someone who is younger that has the talent to prepare the drinks properly and treat customers with respect and kindness and not someone who doesn’t have patience

I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for and this is no exception. As each franchise has its own taste some hit some are off by some percentage. But It won't replace my day to day need of coffee Caffeine Tim Hortons Extra Large Coffee Original Blend Double Double serve's the purpose! Freshly brewed great taste , but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine based, self indulgence and luxury.

Convenient location, easy access from the main street, plenty of parking, available drive through. The restaurant is very clean. However I was starring at the menu trying to find what I want, but the screen kept rotating too fast : , took me 3 iterations to locate the specific drink.Vegetarian options: Tim Hortons offers wide veriety of vegeterian dishes

This location is close to my house and yet I go to the further locations. This isn’t one occasion, this happens all the time. If there are 2 cars on the drive thru I will drive away as I don’t have extra 10mins for a cup of coffee. The SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER.
