Visited recently. Nice little cafe which seems popular. Coffee is average though served in very small cups. Poor value for the price charged. I asked for a larger cup! My question is why does it take so long to warm up a scone?! Must have waited for about 20 minutes with no apology. Partner was not given his cake either until asked. When both arrived coffees were cold. Partner did receive another espresso when asked though!

Another exceptional cafe in Clifton, just on Whiteladies Rd. Tradewind Espesso is a super warm place with nice deco. We ordered a few food and coffee that day, including this Egg Royale and the scone! The food were super fresh and yummy, especially the Egg Royale with the sauce. The scone was in a dense texture with cheesy taste. Coffee were super nice in choco taste with nice aroma and aftertaste.

I'm guessing I last went here in June this year but I can't remember as I've been so many times! If you're after high-quality artisan coffee and service with a smile (and maybe even a cheeky cake or biscuit on the side), this is the place for you. I love the quirky vibes, too. I'd say it's my favourite place for coffee on Whiteladies. Just go. You know you want to...

I recently tried the poached eggs on sourdough with a side of house beans at this restaurant. The beans were cooked in a delectably thick and creamy sauce, which paired perfectly with the breakfast. The coffee was great and the atmosphere was friendly. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
