Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have always enjoyed Tropical Smoothie, but my recent experience at this particular location was disappointing. The young man who took my order was wearing headphones, and when I tried to ask him how his day was going, he completely ignored me. I started to place my order, but he interrupted me with a "wait a second" and walked away. He returned briefly to take my order but didn't say a word and left again without any further communication. I felt like I was left to fend for myself. This was some of the laziest customer service I've ever encountered. For newcomers, the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly, giving the impression that they don't want to be there and are downright unpleasant. Additionally, they consistently close 30 minutes earlier than their stated hours and lock the doors at 8:30, even though they are supposed to close at 9. The smoothies are not enjoyable; they taste rushed, are overloaded with ice, and are too watery. There are young employees working there who lack professionalism, often seen distracted by their phones while at the register. This level of service is very unprofessional, and if changes aren't made, they are likely to lose customers.

I just wanted to inquire if she still includes pineapple salsa in her Caribbean jerk chicken wrap, but unfortunately, mine didn’t have any. It was the worst wrap I’ve ever had from Tropical Smoothie. When I called to express my disappointment, the guy on the phone just said, "Oh, I'm sorry," and didn’t offer any solution or help. Then he hung up. I've always enjoyed this wrap, but this time was definitely the worst experience. What a waste of money.

Wasnt going to waste my time ordering. Felt like I was a burden to the girl perching legs up on a stool behind the counter. Straight attitude right off the bat. No greeting or getting up just are you picking up an order?well then you can order over here. Sorry to inconvenience your store at all.

for the price of eating they would expect it not to be burned. consistent müll. rude coworkers. nothing like the Hillsborough site in tampa. this is a zero star review.
