Precious Kayla was the best server we ever had here thus far. True Food is one of our favorite go to restaurants here in Nashville. We eat here often and enjoy the clean food! But wow! I have always loved true food ofc the emphasis on healthy foods but also the creative, seasonal dishes! Wanted to shout out Kayla too as our waitress, she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed comfortable. She’s so hard working and so sweet : Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The gluten free options are great! So much to choose from! I had the lasagna bolognese and the flourless chocolate cake and I have had no issues! I have coeliac and it's so hard to find places that can accommodate me. I will definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food is delicious and the restaurant has a great ambiance with the option to dine indoors or outdoors. The turkey burgers are excellent and the pesto pasta is also very good. I look forward to returning and trying one of their pizzas sometime.
