After wanting to go here for a while and hearing great things, I finally got around to trying Tucci’s. I’m not sure if they’ve changed , but the first line in reading their website says, Fire”n Coal pizza….uhm? Not sure it’s a coal fired pizza, seems more like wood, anyways….I ordered a simple Margarita pie which came out looking great and was perfectly cooked. It was a good pizza, however, I was expecting great. The highlight’s: The marinara itself was very good, bright sweet tomato and the basil, fresh and fragrant. However the dough was just ok, lacking flavor, void of any yeast wafting through olfactory senses, none of that. I usually save my crust till last and relish it. I left 90% of...
