Tulum - Reservar uma mesa

I visited Tulum to check out their hard shell tacos that call The Taco on their menu. These are fried flour tortillas that are generously filled with lettuce, cabbage, cheese, creme sauce and a choice of meat. I chose pork, which was quite good and reminded me of the filling for a pulled pork sandwich. The only down-side was the tortilla shell broke down during eating and this resulted in a taco salad that was finished with the spork supplied with the order. It was quite large and a single taco was plenty. I also ordered a pork mini-rito which, as the name suggests, is a small burrito. It contained rice, cheese and the same pork used in the taco. Tulum has the best burrito in town and maybe the valley. Seating is limited it's usually a wait so call ahead for takeout. If you do eat there the hidden backyard is vibeyParking: There is usually meter parking available on the same block

Great service but the burrito the rice wasn’t cooked properly and had a bit of a foul smell.
