Uby's - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered food from Uby's tonight, and it took an hour for the food to arrive. The delivery driver accidentally dropped the pizza face down on our doorstep, creating a mess. They promised to bring another full order to make up for it, but it took another hour for the replacement order to arrive. Unfortunately, the kebab we ordered was missing from the second delivery, so we had to wait another hour for them to send a cold kebab. Normally, I would request a refund through Just Eat, but I had used their own app this time. When I called Uby's to request a refund, the person on the phone was arrogant and refused to admit their mistakes. Spending £26 for a three-hour wait for cold food and a mess...

Order came again another hour later and the kebab we ordered was missing so then waited another hour for them to send a hoaching stone cold kebab Would normally just get a refund through Just Eat but used their own app to order this time so phoned them and the arrogant b*stard on the other end of the phone just argued with me and refused to refund for their mistakes. for a hour wait for cold stinking food and a pizza skid mark on our doorstep just isn't acceptable Avoid like the plague

Very poor quality of food. When I first had it, I was really impressed and regularly had their burgers. But last two times, they served burnt burgers and I complained and they did provide a new burger. But today the Buns were absolutely burnt. I called them and let them know that my partner would take the burger back to them. The guy over there was not even apologetic rather told him that the burger was still edible if we bin the Buns and there was nothing wrong with the burger. I have had enough and will not recommend anyone to have their food.

Have ordered a few times from here and was happy at first but my most recent order took two hours to arrive and when it did all the food was cold and the chips were black and rotten apart from the kebab meat everything else went in the bin , also would advise paying by cash as when you pay by card its as if they don't give a s e as they already have your money will definitely be finding somewhere else to order from.

I ordered yesterday king size mixed kebab with salad and it turned out that more than a half of it was a cabbage onion amd mushrooms... After mixing the whole thing, only every sixth bite contained with some meat, the rest was grass ... I felt cheated because there was as much meat as in a small kebab. Never again!!! I do not recommend.
