Vespucci's - Reservar uma mesa

My sister and I returned from New Hampshire by chance, Valentine's Day. She suggested we dine at Vespucci where she had eaten several times, and I was all about trying a place I had never eaten before. The hostess welcomed us and asked if we had reservations. I thought a strange question as it was a Tuesday, and they didn't seem very busy. It never happened to me that it was Valentine's Day. She put us in a nice stand. At first glance at the menu I immediately noticed a special baked healing butter with lobster sauce and lobster meat, with baby asparagus and lubricated sweet potatoes. That sold it! Every couple of years we give this place a try but always remember why we don't come here as often. We just do not love it, but it's not horrible! We got the arancini to start, it was very good. The bread was so good with the dipping oil, and the side salads were a good size, fresh and tasty. Then the meals the chicken Parmesan was ok, a little skimpy on the meat compared to other places. This is a preferred meal wherever we go so we critique it. The taste was ok, but something about the sauce, just wasn't there for us. Next, the stuffed shrimp large shrimp and really stuffed. Service is very slow. We waited over and hour and a half for 2 pizza the pizza wasn't the greatest either. Servers are not friendly. Girls behind the counter are always playing on there phone.

We had a delicious lunch today. The food was excellent as the free hot soft bread. Top Notch food and service. We only come to Vespucci's during lunch because they are busy during dinner.
