I regularly visit this restaurant and always order the P11, which is the bean curd pho with veggie broth. I recently tried their vegan spring rolls from the vegetable section of the menu and enjoyed them. The pho always has a different taste each time I visit, which I find exciting. Some of my vegan friends have mentioned that many pho places use a ham broth instead of vegetable broth, so I appreciate that this restaurant is transparent about their ingredients. Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always order the p11 (beans-curd-Pho) with veggie bread. I usually go for the half-regular portion (enough for two meals). I recently tried the spring rolls from the cute section of the menu, which were vegan. However, I was unsure about the dipping sauce, so I requested it on the side just in case it contained fish sauce. The pho is always delicious every time I visit. I absolutely adore this restaurant because whenever I need assistance with ordering food, there is always someone available to help. Additionally, if I happen to forget something, they kindly assist me as well. When I was feeling unwell and could only manage broth, they provided me with a large container of it and were incredibly accommodating. The staff at this establishment are truly ingenious, extremely friendly, and exceptionally helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

While not completely vegan, this restaurant offers accommodating staff who can make dishes vegan upon request. I particularly enjoyed the fresh tofu rolls and Vietnamese vegetable soup - don't forget to ask for the veggie broth.
