I was shopping today and I was at the self-control waiting in the line. The person responsible for self-control came behind me (and cut in front of the people waiting behind me) with a woman who said that she would use the manned registers, but she did not want to wait. Good. I started ringing my stuff. The barcode on the green pepper I bought came with a mistake and I needed permission. I'm waiting for permission. I saw the customer service person smiled at the woman's articles. I went by and asked if there was someone who could help me. He said I'd help her now. I bought a Straight Talk SIM Activation Kit at the Walmart Supercenter in Casselberry, FL (Store 943) for $45. After I bought the kit I tried to activate the SIM card, but I was told by Straight Talk that the SIM card was not compatible with my iPhone. That's why I can't use them. I went back to Walmart to ask for a refund as the Straight Talk SIM is not compatible with my iPhone and the shop employees said they could not refund my purchase. There were no signs anywhere in Walmart to inform customers that the Straight Talk SIM activation kit is not refundable. In addition, there is no representative of Straight Talk who works in the electronic section at Walmart to support customers. That's...

THIS IS FOR GROCERY DELIVERY ONLY. Something is wrong with that department. They accept orders but don 't deliver. This started last week (thereabouts). I have spent hours trying to find out why and how to get Walmart groceries delivered. Even tried ordering from another Walmart almost as close as my assigned store. Order apparently was moved to my so called primary store so here I am....no groceries, no time estimate, unable to reach the grocery delivery department. Since I have no car and am 80 years and need a walker and am alone, I will have to shell over to another delivery service and pay more for groceries. Thank you Walmart.

I pay 12 per month for Walmart plus to get my food delivered once a week at a certain time. Every time it's late and nobody ever answers the phone in this store. It's like they trained not to answer. I called at least ten times today. I understand that they work as fast as they can, but I just wanted an update on what was going on with my order. I order a day or two ahead. Always 24 hours before at least. I wish they would answer the damn phone! It's crazy! Do not take orders you cannot fill in time!
