Water and Bone - Reservar uma mesa

We had just an hour before I had to deliver my friend from The Netherlands to the airport to fly home after a visit to Halifax, and he had a hankering for noodles. We came here largely as it opened at 11:30 am and we had to leave the city by 12:30, and oh my, how very glad I am that we did! I had the cold seafood raman (don't recall the dish's exact name) and the flavour of the broth alone was worth it, never mind the marinated egg, salmon, scallops, seaweed, fishcake and veggies beautifully arranged on top. Was an unexpected delight to say the least. Food was outstanding and the service on point. The atmosphere was cozy but also trendy. The use of local ingredients was impressive and clever. If you are visiting or local I would absolutely recommend this place. We had a selection of appys that all were amazing. The chefs spin on the traditional was playful and smart. Keep up the great work, you will be first on my stops next time I'm in Halifax. Thanks

Love this placed so much! All local seasonal farm fresh ingredients and local sustainable fish. So many different things to try aside from the delicious ramen!

Friendly place, I enjoyed my spicy pork and the appetizers. I really liked the place. Food was a bit too expensive for the cost.
