Well Grounded Tea Coffee

Edit my review to reflect an improved service. There was a quick answer from the owner and apparently new processes that were implemented behind the counter to ensure that the same problem is less likely. You seem to be up on the problem. Let the original review below for transparency and show what has been improved. I had quite a terrible experience the first (and hopefully only) time when I went here. To be fair, it was early in the morning, and maybe it was a new rent, but I didn't get what I paid, and I didn't have time to go back. I ordered bagels with spread (a hummus and a cream cheese). Great coffee, nice food and wonderful customer service. I appreciate their continuous work on compliance with Kovid guidelines. Staff are helpful with special needs/requests while maintaining professionalism. Take a break and get a snack/caffeine here.

You can tell this place is really for the community. They have great coffee and I really appreciate that they have vegan options. Will definitely be going back.
