Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Drive thru order. Ordered 2 biggie bags with the burgers customized. Ordered 2 more burgers no onion. None of the sandwiches were right. Asked for soda no ice, it had ice and when we asked about that it was met with attitude from the girl. She also lied and told us the spoon for the frosty was in the bag, no spoon in the bag. Only got 3 sandwiches instead of 4 and since no receipt was given, I didn't even know if we paid for 4 or not, had to go into the store to get the receipt. Customer service just isn't what it used to be, sadly. My wife wanted to talk to the manager, but she may have been the manager, who knows.

This location has had some serious problems lately. The employees are rude, ghetto, and impatient. I think they specialize in intimidation and rushing you off with the wrong order and over charging you by not applying the current sale price. Over the last 6 months every time I’ve visited this location my order has been wrong! Be sure to check your order before you leave or you’ll have to waste your time and gas driving back to this location! Employees, please learn to follow directions! And take a hint from your neighboring businesses and say please, thank you, or it’s my pleasure. Good luck!

hmmm...I normally give fast food service a break....but the drive thru person wasn't very helpful at all. Sandwiches were all wrong...even though she repeated the order back to us. I mean I know this isn't BK have it your way.. Plus the attitude....I get that this isn't the dream job...but it's a training tool and stepping stone. Or Not

Manager was very nice and patient. (Black lady from the Island). I request gloves changed and fresh food and it was all done with no issue. If I pass by this one again craving wendys I'll definitely stop by!

ordered and paid for a baconator, but I got what looks like a small burger no speck at all. was hardly able to bring back my card, they had no idea what they did. has not even got a reception
