Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant has hit a new low. On a Wednesday at 5:45, I tried to enter the dining room to order and eat, but all three doors were locked with paper signs claiming they were "broken." Inside, I found two teenagers, one lying across two chairs and the other engrossed in her phone, ignoring me. I had to bang on the window to get their attention. The teenager on the phone reluctantly informed me that there was no indoor dining, only drive-through. It seems like they couldn't find staff or the teenagers didn't want to clean tables inside, so they just closed the doors. It might be best for Wendy's to shut down this restaurant and find a new operator.

This restaurant is extremely rude!! They were out of half the items on the menu, so every time I ordered something, they would rudely inform me that they were out of the ingredients for that dish. The lady gave me a regular soda when I asked for a diet soda, and when I pointed it out, she very rudely exclaimed that it wasn't diet. She also refused to take the cup back to exchange it. I was ignored for 5 minutes while waiting to ask for ketchup and napkins, and when they finally brought them, I was given 2 napkins and 4 ketchup packets for a large order. What a waste of my time and money!

I ordered a large Dave's classic double and a large classic chicken meal at the restaurant. When I paid at the window, I realized that I was missing a large fries and drink. The employee at the window insisted that I had only ordered a sandwich, but I explained what I had actually ordered. Eventually, they gave me the missing items but charged me an extra $5.01 for their mistake. Unfortunately, there was no receipt to confirm my original order. The Dave's double was messy and the hamburger was dry. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

The staff working 08/13/22 2pm was extremely rude and pushy, from the ordering at the intercom to the window where I received my order. It's a shame to have a staff at this hour handle paying customers this way, some employees are not meant to deal withpeople and these employees should be evaluated and handled accordingly maybe a mop bucket and a broom might be a better fit.

Long wait for an order of fries and they served me the bottom of the bag potato crumbs and pieces. Gross! I could not eat them. The staff simply does not care at all if they serve food that?s garbage.
