Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

My husband and I tried the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich (both spicy taste choice of 3 options) I paired mine with a pineapple mango limonade (perfect choice), the sandwiches were as good as we hoped, but who forgot them to add the bacon that would have perfectly set it off. We ate in the parking lot because I didn't want to eat and drive. When we noticed that we lacked the bacon I tried to mention it only (it is a new product) I got no answer to the phone, I called three times. I just wanted to make sure they remembered the next time that some people could be rude about such things and I didn't want them to deal with an idiot ole. Wendy?s in Lufkin is the worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. Every time I go there the service is terrible and they are extremely rude. Tonight we ordered chili and the lady said it wasn?t ready and then came back and said they had one small. This was 3hours before closing. Were they really out, or too lazy to warm up more? Going off their customer service I?m going to say thelatter.

Very fast and very friendly! The strawberry salad is so good. I forgot to order my strawberry limonade and the girl in the window allowed me to add it to my order The only complaint I have is that they were from bbq diving sauce for chicken nuggets

Lobby dark. Door locked. Go through drive thru and someone says they are temporarily closed. This place seems to always have some sort of issue going on. Honestly probably a good indication no one should be eating here.

Spicy chicken bacon pretzel pub sandwich was excellent. Very fast service. My order was ready before I even finished pouring my drink. You can't ask for more than that.
