Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I like wendy’s and I usually don’t write reviews on restaurants because it is not a bitter old person who wants to pick a fight but something serious must be done about this wendy’s. I have actually thought about these wendy’s when considering how they can’t even get the simplest entries right. I'm not a person frustrated with almost food worker and I can always be polite and reasonable, but these wendys always gets my order wrong his not only simple mistakes that can be fixed, it's always something radical different than the ones that ive order. the line is slower than most places, but it never made me crazy, like what I heard from others. my only question with the personal is that they are...

Fast food restaurants service have been going down for awhile, this was one of them. I had stopped coming because of that. Today I decided to give it another shot since they renovated the entire restaurant. It is definitely more modern and appealing. To my surprise the customer service was also a lot better. Staff was friendlier and quicker than my last few encounters. The food was hot and fresh. The Big Bacon Classic was not a disappointment. It comes in single, double or triple. The double was filling enough. The drink machine has numerous choices and I love that they have lots of DIET choices and not just one plain Diet Coke. the apple herbal salad is one of my favorite food there as well as the spicy chicken sandwich. in the drive thru I was sent to a parking lot where I had to wait, with no other customer in the line. Beyond that, when I went to the house, they can find that the beverage machine with tackiness has been neglected over everything, because continuous use and lack of cleanliness.

5 stars for customer service! Every employee I have interacted with has been kind and helpful. Even under high stress moments when they're backed up and busy, everyone has always been kind and helpful. I appreciate that.

this was one of the worst customer service experiences I experienced in a long time. it took a long time before the customers received their orders and three of the five were wrong when they received them.
