Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Got straight to the window , they took my order.. I drove to the first window paid no problem.. I get to the next window, it's wide open.. people are just standing around. Someone out of uniform comes closes the window while I sit and wait a good 10 minutes or more before anyone ever returns. The lady asked me what I ordered and at that point I was already annoyed and running behind so I asked for a refund. It's ridiculous with these fast food restaurants now. I get there's a shortage but there's still certain ways to go about running a business! Just disappointing every time now.

Visited this location several times for breakfast using the drive thru. Stopped today, 2/13/22, at about 9:00 am, the female greeted us but she spoke so fast I didn?t understand what she said. I asked her to repeat what she said and she got smart and talked to me like I was stupid. This isn?t the first time this has happened. They talk to fast and it is hard to understand what was said. Needless to say I didn?t order anything and drive off. When in customer service you don?t get smart mouth or get an attitude. I will not be back.

Excellent service. The woman whom works customer service is very professional, friendly and exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious ? and cooked to perfection. I specifically ordered two spicy?chicken ? sandwiches and a medium french fry. The fries were crispy and hot and the sandwiches were hot juicy. Will definitely return.

Wendy's never disappoint me. They get it right every time. Quick, correct, and friendly. To me they are the most accurate fast-food in the industry. Even beating out (My Pleasure).

Quality of food has gone way down, unfriendly staff. The employee made me feel like I was bothering her for showing up and placing an order.
