Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Sad to say but my last experience with Wendy's was one of theft. I used their app to get a deal and paid in advance and then was going to do walk in pickup. We'll hen I get there inside is locked so I go to door to get someone's attention and nothing. Then I call and talk to the manager and he says just go thru drive thru and we will get u there, this already after spending 10 minutes sitting n pickup spot thinking that if I can't go inside someone would bring out. Wrong! Then I go thru drive thru and they say no order gas been received even tho I have confirmation number and already paid. on the other day I saw that wendy's breakfast had and was thrilled to try, but I was very disappointed when I did. I drove through the drive this morning and ordered two meals. Once the bag was handed over to me, I started to eat but the pommes were literally cold (not warm, not room temperature, they were cold). the biscuit was also so delicate to say, of course, I was extremely disappointed and will not return to wendy's breakfast. what a waste of $13.

Ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were cold and had none of the goodies. Honestly this place is consistently awful. Complete waste of time and money giving these guys a chance. I like Wendy’s in general and it’s a shame this location is so awful. Safe to say I’ll never go back and will advise others to steer clear as well. Good riddance.

Last two times I went there the hamburger patties were burt, bad. Not even edible. Can't go in to replace them. Have to wait another 25mins. in drive through for rude people to give you the same burt food. Nope. Done with this location. What happened? This used to be the best Wendy's ever two years ago. Poor management! Go somewhere else.

Super disappointed. Doesn't taste bad just isn't what it should be. Also ordered strawberry lemonade and got just regular lemonade
