Whataburger - Reservar uma mesa

The other day during lunch I went to the WB on 10th and Trenton. They were super packed but their employees were still courteous and did a great job. I was impressed, so when I got home I called that location and spoke to their manager to let her know what I thought. I told her that even at restaurants that aren't packed the employees have an ugly look on their face and their attitude is ugly. She thanked me. Well today I went to the WB on Nolana and McColl, she didn't say good morning, she didn't even have a friendly face, and to top it all off I was the only person in the drive thru. Great service, excellent food. When i drive thru, you all , most of the time mess my order up, but when dining in everything is good.
