Wild Wing Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

It is with great disappointment that I write this criticism. We've loved this place for years. Actually, we drive from Savannah, where we have 2 Wild Wing sites, just because this was our favorite, it had a great staff and specials. Unfortunately, it was missing the last two times we visited. We sat in the bar for 10 minutes with just a few cartridges there and no one on site to take and order. Finally ordered and got an appetizer. After the bar's call for tender never again mentioned our order or even made eye contact, I told her that we were on a table (that was over 40 minutes). This used to be my go-to place for wings (love the Wild West wings! but after tonight I think it?s time to find another place. From the moment I walked in the door it was a disappointment. You couldn?t even see the hostess behind the piano/hostess stand and she had her head down in her phone so she didn?t know I was even standing there, a waitress to the side had to get her attention. I was at my table for 15 minutes before anyone came to it. The music was so loud (not even the band you could barely have a conversation and I left with a headache. The food was just okay, but the service was TERRIBLE. The server had no idea what was on the menu, she stared at her phone literally the entire hour and a half we were there, and we had to flag her down for anything we needed. We got one drink apiece. We were a party of 11. My drink sat at the bar for approx. 15 minutes while the waitress was nowhere to be found. We were her only table and already had our food, so where was she? Still staring at her phone. I had to ask another waitress to grab it for me after this time period. I'm still waiting for the basket of fries we asked for 3 times. The band was great, but we will definitely NOT be back.

I placed my order and told her I don?t eat meat. I said I?m a Pescatarian. I ordered a salad with shrimp. 25 minutes later my salad comes out with bacon all over it. Once okay, but this is twice this happened. Then when I asked her why do my salad has bacon on it she catches an attitude. Really ! Bartenders at wild wings needs to do better. This one sucks with her Service. Education is important, why can?t she comprehend something so simple. So my boss and I came here for lunch, I didn?t want to come but he did. I ordered a chicken salad and get 3 small strips of chicken and that?s it. Very disappointed

Best lunch for wings! Very cold designs available, large servers and hot, made to order wings. All you can eat comes with a great salad and the selection of potatoes.
