Wingstop - Reservar uma mesa

What an unprofessional and poor customer service experience. We enjoy the food normally, when we are able to make an order. Recently this location never answers the phone (easier to ignore customer complaints) so sadly it's hard to put in a to go order. Good quality wings and food which is the reason we put up with the poor customer service. The soda machine we gave up on awhile ago due to it always being broken despite the fact they still let you order the product. Our last visit it sounded like some sort of dance club with offensive music playing on someone's phone. There's alot of homeless people around this location, maybe we can hire them, start a business and treat customers like garba...

First time visit. Will not return. Wings are way overcooked. They were literally hard to bite into. Very crunchy and dry. Some of the wings were extremely small. Even the average size wings were small. Combo included 2 drinks. The drink machine had almost nothing available. Maybe 5 drinks available including water. I left my drink cups on the counter and didn't even bother with it. Person behind the counter was nice but didn't offer any alternative when I mentioned that the drink machine was empty. Ordered ranch but got mostly blue cheese (didn't order blue cheese). Fries were decent but soggy. Way too much money for what I got. Very disappointing

Wings were pretty good, 30 wings for $30 bucks with fries, vegetables and sauce not a bad deal. Got 3 different flavors Hot, Hawaiian and Cajun rub, Hawaiian didn't have much flavor. The other 2 were okay. Now check out the 2nd picture the head cook was wearing her mask around her chin the whole time I was in the store to pick up the wings, her mouth and nose were completely uncovered, at that rate she should have left the mask at home. Not sure what company policy is, but we will not be going back.

Customer service was ok, an employee kept looking at me wrong not sure if it was because I was in uniform and the drink machine did not work. The cashier was polite and offered a bottle drink. Will not be returning

All I know is these Woman Crew that run this WingStop are Awesome, Friendly. They deserve ???? All the way. I ? this WingStop here in St.Peterburgh, Fl. better than the other WingStop in Clearwater, Fl.
