Working Cow Ice Cream Eatery

Ice was good, but portions seemed small compared to other places I ordered in the area. Customer service was not friendly at all. The older woman in the register that received our order seemed to be upset with our 2 questions and answered in a slightly descending tone, unfortunately there was no good impression for this business. Given that there are other different options for ice in the area, I will not review this establishment. Customer service is always something I personally find to be a crucial factor in providing a good experience for your customers. Unfortunately, it didn't happen here.

My $10 malt wasn't worth the price. Not fat, because they have to put too much milk in them. My wife also asked if they could bring back the banana flavor, as the banana pudding is not so good and she said rudely that they could only have enough space for 60 flavors... their answer as they said it was too rude. I'm sorry, but I'll go somewhere else.

Six of us enjoyed ice cream for dessert after a Bay cruise. The line was long, but it moved fast. The hard ice cream was delicious. I enjoyed Key Lime Pie flavor and it was perfectly tart and creamy. My husband loved his hot fudge sundae. Prices were todays average for good ice cream.

A Ice Cream Parlor in Fisherman's Village, that has so many delicious flavors that I want to try them all! I love the name and therefore kept Working Cow . The working cows do a good job on ice!

Nice place near downtown Punta Gorda. Just order outdoors and eat. You have a lot of space inside, but choose not to use it. Indoor option would be nice on a hot day. Prices appropriate.
