Yard House - Reservar uma mesa

Awful experience at the American Dream Yard House.. have been to the Willowbrook and Nyack locations without any issues. Here at the American Dream Mall they had terrible customer service. Spoke with the manager Romero and end result was a group of unsatisfied customers. Drank our beer and left.. do yourself a favor and avoid this location. As for higher management I would address management issues sooner than later.

Wide variety of food options. Food was okay, nothing impressive. Got a pint of Michelob ultra, which tasted a bit diluted. Seated quickly (less than 10 min) during a busy Friday night. Good service and friendly staff. They are open later than most restaurants in American Dream but if other options are available, I would probably not come back.

Went for a company party and had a ball! We mostly just ordered a boat load of apps and all shared. Great selection of beer and the staff was very accommodating. Considering it was a bit chaotic and a ton of people the staff were amazing.

The experience was nice overlooking the ski slop in the American Dream mall. However, the music was blasting too loud. We were a party of 12, and we couldn't hear each other talk. Our conversation was limited because of that.

Customer service it’s super bad. Main Menager have big attitude tu customers about questions about menu. Very unprofessional people work here, take different locations. Menager was “Romero”
