"They asked if their cakes were crumbly, and were assured they weren't. After purchasing three cakes, we found that they were indeed crumbly and definitely not what we expected. The baked goods were quite ordinary. It was very disappointing; I should have gone to the Miami bakery, where the cakes are always excellent."
