"We visited this restaurant twice during our family holiday in Paris. The first visit was very satisfactory. We had problems with our second visit. Firstly, I quenched our carafe of wine, which had a constant frit and tasted of the washing of liquid. I was told that 'Mousse' was quite normal when wine is poured into a carafe so that we 't made a foot, just in case this was true. When the main course was finally served, after a long wait, when the restaurant was almost empty, my meal contained a small piece of glass. Although the waiter changed my record to my request, he did not offer an excuse. I asked to change our bill, to compensate, as they showed no concern. We received a free dessert and coffee 'in response to the house'. When we wanted to pay the bill, we met the manager. She quickly and quietly took our money, with a foul expression, but not a word of apology, and then practically threw the reception plate back on the table. In recent years we have enjoyed many meals at Buffalo Grill in France, but this experience has ensured that we do not visit in the future. Definitely NOT recommended!"
