"Location In the center of Lorsch. Parking available. Ambiente The lamb is an old beautiful half-timbered guest house. However, the two old input stages must be entered with caution. The guest room is very small, the bar area is very large and a niche for 10 people and the small side room of former smoking room, with cottage arms, look very cozy. The very dark wood makes everything seem a little cramped. The lamps hang very deep above the tables at eye level and therefore dazzle a little. On the tables are brown bastards. There are 50 people in total. All places were booked on that day even at the bar was crowded. Service We had reserved one week before for 3 people. On entering we had to wait until the boss gave us a table, but we could also sit at the separate 6 people table – why had we reserved? – The order of the drinks was picked up and then we had beaten 20 25 minutes to look around. Finally our drinks came and the dishes were taken. Food As an appetizer Peperoni grilled in olive oil with garlic and white bread 4,50€, two beard loafs 4,50€ and three supplement salads a 3,00€. Then the lumb of the house with frying potatoes 10,50€, the rag steak with Madagascar potato sauce and roast potatoes 15,50€ and the medallion The soups were fine, the peperoni fried well with garlic but in the pan and also the salads carrot salad, herb salad, and leaf salad all fresh and well made. The lumbar was slightly dry and the sauce lacked the taste. The medallions and the Rösti were all right. The pepper steak had enough peppercorns but also here I lacked the spice and the roast potatoes with small onions and bacon cubes were not really chessed. Finally, there was a schnapps on the house. There is also apparently no cash bonus here. Conclusion: Gasthaus not a restaurant with partly long waiting times."
