"I have booked the beginning vegan cheese make class in the hope to learn exactly that; the basis of how to make vegetable cheese. most of the really good vegan cheese is super expensive, so I wanted to save a little money in running the time by learning to make my own for personal consumption and possibly reduce costs in my own business in the near future. learning the basis was absolutely a result and we could ask raya specific, while that was really helpful. the class was structured, but very interactiw. great combination of information and informal discussion. perfect learning environment for me. hard copy of the ingredients and methods were also provided to take away the cheese they make on this day. a really nice bonus during the class was raya, the entrepreneur and a group of like-minded, each having an interesting experience to relate to their interest in plant-based, sustainable living. I am not a “network” type, but the day presented this opportunity by default. on all the learning, delicious cheeseboard sampling and learning the class was in a truly stunning home / location in roleystone- pretty hill forest view, and best for me the most enchanting small furry co residents (teppich). they have to meet them too sweet for themselves! great class, beautiful day. good the time and the great worth. besides the recognition it for my own purposes, I believe that these classes would be a fantastic gift, tag out with friends or as teambuilding exercise.
