"We reserved a table two days in advance, we requested it indoors as it was cold and it could rain. Our surprise was that they gave us a table on the terrace, when I mentioned it to the waitress she raised her voice at me, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, and she told me INSIDE EVERYTHING IS BUSY MY LOVE . I told her not to raise her voice to me and that I was not her love, with this it is clear how rude the waitress was. It was the weekend and looking for another place to have lunch was impossible, we resigned ourselves and sat on the terrace. It was cold outside and we ate quickly because we were not comfortable there. The truth is that we regret having eaten there. I didn 't want to spoil the day anymore and when we finished eating we just went. The next day I had a moment and I went to the premises to talk to the manager and tell him about the bad treatment we received from his waitress. The manager didn 't want to attend to me and she told me that she wasn 't there to be ATTENDING ALL THE NONSENESS THAT THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINED ABOUT, that if she wanted to complain she would put a complaint form. She gave me the demand form and when she told me to leave she BEGAN A WAITER TO SCOLD ME until leaving the parking lot, luckily another waiter stopped him. FOR A MOMENT I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO ATTACK ME. I have never experienced a situation like this in any establishment, so I dedicated myself to looking at comments about Casa Lito and, to my surprise, there are many bad reviews about the rude treatment of the waiters, who treat customers as if they were cattle. The manager of the place has very bad reviews, they don 't let customers in until the entire group that has reserved is there, there is a 90-minute time limit to eat and then they kick you out of the place. I visited the Facebook page for this establishment and honestly, she had never read anything like it. Employees show their complaints about the treatment 's customers. Objectively, something is wrong when employees complain about their customers, what is happening in this place? I could have expected a Facebook in which they try to promote the place but mess with the customer, with expressions such as ...WE ARE TIRED, THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT... seems like an apology against the customer. I invite you to look at the Facebook of this place, it is not wasted, the responses to customers are shameful. The reason for the existence of Casa Lito are the clients, they are the reason for their job, if you do not take care of the client you lose it. Perhaps it would be more constructive for Casa Lito to make a self-criticism and see why there are so many complaints that coincide in the mistreatment of customers by waiters, which include me, of course."
