"The "fondue au tomates" at this place is absolutely great, but also the pure version can be highly recommended!I have been here several times now and always enjoyed it very much. Never had stomache ache or any other problems after eating the fondue at this place. My advice: order a cup of tea aside with the fondue - makes it even easier to digest (in any case don't drink anything cold or sparkling with fondue!!) Also the raclette is perfect! Besides, the staff is always soo friendly and welcomming. As the place is well known for its good food and the nice service, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance."

"Anfangs Juli ging ich mit meiner Frau ins Ermitage. Wir bestellten zweimal Fleisch auf heissem Stein,Viande sur Ardoise. Zuerst ein herrlich frischer Salat vom Salatbüffet und dann das Fleisch,serviert mit Pommes und Gemüse. Dann ein leckeres Coupe Danemark,ein Café Fertig von der Patrone offeriert. Positiv finde ich,dass die Küche bit spät Abends warme Speisen anboetet. Wir werden dieses Etablisement wieder beehren und wir können dieses Restaurant mit grosser Freude weiterempfehlen."
