"The meal at the Anker was the best of the trip! There was an amazing avacado mouse, cappuccino soup and the best Salmon I have had in a long time! Definitely 5* restaurant!! It is a must in this cozy village! The hotel is recently renovated and an amazing boutique hotel!"

"It is hard to get simplicity perfect and the Anker does just this. The dining room is plain and simple but very, very chic all at the same time. Angela handles the dining room with grace and precision. And the food is delish! The flavors...are clean and clear. My fish was cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were too. No soggy vegetables here."
